摘要
目的研究高危产妇产时应用葡萄糖酸钙与缩宫素预防产后出血的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的100例高危产妇,随机分为两组各50例。研究组产时给予葡萄糖酸钙联合缩宫素,对照组产时给予缩宫素,比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组产后2h、24h的出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。产前两组的血清Ca^2+水平无显著差异(P>0.05),产后研究组的血清Ca^2+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的第三产程时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的新生儿1minApgar评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论高危产妇产时应用葡萄糖酸钙联合缩宫素的效果显著,可有效降低产后出血量,缩短第三产程时间,保证母婴安全。
Objective To study the effect of intrapartum application of calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin for the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of high risk pregnant women. Methods 100 cases of high risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The study group received intrapartum application of calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin, while the control group received intrapartum application of oxytocin. The intervention effects of two groups were compared. Results The 2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage volume of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the prenatal serum Ca2+ level (P>0.05), while the postnatal serum Ca2^+ level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The duration of third stage of labor of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions and neonatal 1 min Apgar score (P>0.05). Conclusions The intrapartum application of calcium gluconate combined with oxytocin in high risk pregnant women has significant effect, which can effectively reduce the postpartum hemorrhage volume, shorten the duration of third stage of labor, and guarantee maternal and child safety.
