摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念在食管癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年1月~2017年12月收治食管癌患者257例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组130例和对照组127例。观察组采取FTS理念进行护理,对照组采取常规模式进行护理。比较两组患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间、并发症发生率、术后炎症因子、住院时间,住院花费、再次住院率等指标。结果与对照组比较,观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间更短,术后吻合口瘘发生率和炎症因子指标更低,住院花费更少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 FTS理念在食管癌围术期护理中的应用可以有效促进胃肠功能恢复、缩短住院时间、降低吻合口瘘发生率和炎症因子水平、节省住院费用,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of fast track surgery (FTS) in perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 257 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group of 130 cases and control group of 127 cases by random number table method. The observation group was nursing with FTS concept, while the control group was nursing with routine mode. First exhaust time, first bowel movement time, incidence of complications, postoperative inflammatory factors, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and re-hospitalization rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter time of first exhaust, time of first defecation and hospital stay, lower incidence of postoperative anastomotic fistula and inflammatory factors, and less hospital stay, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of FTS concept in perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula and inflammatory factors, and save hospital costs, which is worthy of promotion and application.
