摘要
以低碳经济和产业结构优化相关理论为基础,认为技术创新、产业共生、能源结构和环境规制驱动产业结构低碳优化,由此构建产业结构低碳优化的实现机理模型,并从产业结构高度化、合理化、生态化三个方面构建评价指标体系,利用基于加速遗传算法(RAGA)的投影寻踪模型(PP)从时、空两个维度综合评价中国产业结构低碳优化水平,据此给出提升产业结构低碳优化水平的对策建议。
Based on the theory of low-carbon economy and industrial structure optimization, believing that technological innovation, industrial symbiosis, energy structure and environmental regulation drive low-carbon optimization of industrial structure, an evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects of industrial structure advancement, rationalization and ecologicalization, thereby constructing a realization mechanism model of low-carbon optimization of industrial structure. The Projection Pursuit model ( PP) based on Real Coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm ( RAGA) is used to evaluate comprehensively the low-carbon optimization level of China' s industrial structure from the two dimensions of time and space. Accordingly, some suggestions are given to improve the low-carbon optimization level of industrial structure.
