摘要
目的通过对武汉市蔡甸区一起乙型流感聚集性疫情的调查分析,了解流感发病趋势,总结学校防控流感经验。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,对武汉市某中学流感样病例(ILI)进行个案调查,并采集病例呼吸道标本,采用RT-PCR法检测流感病毒核酸。结果 2017年10月19~24日期间,通过病例搜索共发现9例ILI,均为X班学生,班级罹患率为21.43%。采集病例咽拭子9份,其中7份检出乙型流感病毒(B-Yamagata系),阳性率为77.78%。结论确定此为一起由乙型流感病毒引起的流感聚集性疫情。开展晨检、消毒、病例隔离、追踪及落实返课程序是防止疫情扩散的有效措施。接种流感疫苗尤为重要,提高流感疫苗接种率与四价流感疫苗上市或成为防控关键。
Objective Investigation and analysis of influenza B outbreak in a middle school in Wuhan, to understand the trend of influenza and to summarize the experience of prevention and control of influenza in schools. Methods A case study of influenza like illness (ILI) in a middle school in Wuhan was conducted by field epidemiological investigation, and respiratory tract samples were collected. Influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by RT-PCR. Results In the period of 19~24 October 2017, 9 cases of ILI were found through case search, all of which were class X students, and the incidence of the class was 21.43 %. 9 cases of pharynx swab were collected, and 7 of them detected influenza B virus (B-Yamagata), the positive rate was 77.78 %. Conclusions This is an outbreak of influenza caused by influenza B virus. Early morning inspection, disinfection, case isolation, tracking and implement the procedure of returning class are effective measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Influenza vaccination is particularly important, the key to improve influenza vaccination rate and quadrivalent influenza vaccine listed or become prevention and control.
