摘要
以用户为中心的电子资源可持续健康发展必然要求资源质量的不断提升、资源应用的不断深化和资源部署的不断优化。目前,电子资源正走向“多元共享、共创服务”的生态化建设方向,建立优化电子资源部署的生态系统模型能够推动电子资源管理从混乱到有序、从低效到高效、从不稳定到稳定的模式转变。基于生态学视角.通过构建优化电子资源部署的生态系统模型,明确生态环境与电子资源部署主体间的关系.阐述系统的运行机制.揭示系统中电子资源持续发展的基本原理,以期为电子资源的建设和发展提供理论和实践指导。电子资源的优化部署表现出有限性、开放性、异质性和增值性的特征。电子资源优化部署生态系统中所有主体共同参与资源的开发,实现了电子资源的持续优化和健康发展。
The sustainable and healthy development of user-centered electronic resources will inevitably require continuous improve ment of resource quality,continuous deepening of resource applications and continuous optimization of resource deployment.Elec tronic resources are developing toward the ecological direction of"multi-sharing and co-creating services",the establishment of an e-cosystem model of electronic resource allocation can promote the transformation of electronic resource management from chaotic to orderly,from inefficient to efficient,from unstable to stable.Based on the ecological perspective,by constructing an ecosystem model that optimizes the allocation of electronic resources,the relationship between the ecological environment and the main body of electronic resource deployment is clarified,the operating mechanism of the system is expounded,and the basic principles of the con tinuous development of electronic resources in the system are revealed.This research provides theoretical exploration and practical guidance for the construction and development of electronic resources.The optimal configuration of electronic resources is character ized by finiteness,openness,heterogeneity and value-added.In the electronic resource optimization configuration ecosystem all sub jects participate in the development of resources and achieve continuous optimization and healthy development of electronic resources.
