摘要
总结一款填充式功能性小提花面料的开发要点。选择盆花纹样,原料以棉纱为主,涤纶长丝起花,使面料具有仿绣花效果;在组织设计上,花朵和绿藤采用经二重组织,花盆采用改进的双层组织。在花盆里填充纳米银改性纤维,使面料既具有一定的功能性,又凸显织物的立体感;在SGA598型小样织机上织造,用悬挂不同质量的重物调整经纱上机张力,穿筘时采用花穿法;在花盆双层织物闭合前填充纳米银改性纤维。通过采用一系列措施,保证了该面料的顺利开发。认为:开发的面料可做窗帘、抱枕、手包、家居装饰织物等。
Development key points of a filling functional mini-jacquard fabric were summarized.Potted flower pattern was selected,raw material was mainly cotton yarn and polyester filament was used to make fabric have imitation embroidery effect.In weave designing,warp backed weave was adoptted in flower and green vine,improved double layer weave was adoptted in flower pot.Nano silver modified fiber was filled in flower pot,so that certain functionality of fabric was made and three-dimensional sense of fabric was highlighted.Weaving on SGA598 sample loom,adjusting loom tension by hanging weights of different masses.Fancy reeding was adoptted.Nano silver modified fiber was filled before double layer fabric of flower pot was closed.Through adopting a series of measures,successful development of fabric was guaranteed.It is considered that developed fabric can be used for curtain,pillow,handbag,home furnishing fabric and so on.
