影响阀门高温上阀盖焊接质量的研究和分析

摘要 在石油化工领域选择铬钼钢作为阀门高温上阀盖的重要材质,其焊接质量直接影响生产运行的安全,合理的焊接工艺和焊接坡口设计有利于保证焊缝的使用性能。针对某石化现场运行的阀门高温上阀盖出现的问题进行了研究分析,根据试验数据探讨了合理的焊接工艺要求和坡口设计方案,对行业中此类材质的焊接方式具有重要的指导作用。 Cr-Mo steel is chosen as the important material of high temperature valve bonnet in Petrochemicals Industry. Its welding quality directly affects the safety of production and operation. Reasonable welding technology and design of welding groove are conducive to ensuring the service performance of welding seam. In this paper, the problems of high temperature valve bonnet in Petrochemicals Industry are studied and analyzed. This paper discusses the reasonable welding process requirements and groove design based on test data. The results are very useful for the welding method of this kind of material in the industry.
