摘要
工业自动化控制系统组成中,基于DCS的锅炉控制系统十分重要,在日益提升的科学技术水平下,工业自动化控制领域中DCS系统的运用也更为成熟、范围更为广阔。实质上,DCS系统是以PC局域网为对象,在对其更好地利用之下,充分发挥局域网的实时性、突出性和可靠性。分析了DCS系统的构成及自动控制系统功能,并着重探究了基于DCS的锅炉控制系统的运用,以供参考。
In the composition of industrial automation control system, the boiler system control system based on DCS is very important. With the increasing scientific and technological level, the application of DCS system in the field of industrial automation control is more mature and wider. In essence, DCS system takes PC local area network as its object, and gives full play to the prominence and reliability of real-time performance of local area network under better utilization. Firstly, this paper analyses the structure of DCS system and the function of automatic control system, and emphatically explores the application of boiler control system based on DCS for reference.
