摘要
目的:检验简版老年抑郁量表(15-item Geriatric Depression Scale,GDS-15)在不同性别老年人群中的测量等值性。方法:使用GDS-15调查湖南省,北京市及山东省三地区893名老年男性和899名老年女性的抑郁水平,并对调查数据进行验证性因素分析多组比较。结果:验证性因素分析多组比较结果显示GDS-15在不同性别老年人群间的形态等值、弱等值、强等值以及严格等值模型均可被接受。老年女性在GDS-15总量表上的得分显著高于男性(P<0.05)。结论:GDS-15的四因子结构在老年男性和女性之间具有测量等值性。
Objective:To assess the measurement invariance of the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale across gender in a sample of Chinese elders.Methods:In Hunan,Beijing and Shandong province,questionnaires of GDS-15 was admin istered to 893 males and 899 females for measuring their depression levels and multi-group confirmatory factor analysis was used to structural validity.Results:The configural,metric,scalar and strict invariance of the GDS-15 across gender were all acceptable.Females scored higher than males on the total score of GDS-15(P<0.05).ConClusion:The 4-factor structure of GDS-15 emerges as invariant across gender.
