摘要 以马来酸酐,C20-24α烯烃和2,2,6,6-四甲基-4哌啶胺为原料,中间体无需分离,合成了N-(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-马来酰亚胺/C20~24-α-烯烃共聚物(GW-5050),并采用红外光谱法、热重分析法、元素分析法及凝胶色谱法对其结构与相对分子质量进行了表征。通过各影响因素对相对分子质量和收率影响的研究,得到了受阻胺光稳定剂GW-5050最佳合成工艺条件为:引发剂过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯用量为单体总量的3%,反应温度为137℃,反应时间为4h,收率可达98.7%。 By use of maleic anhydride,C20-24αolefin and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4 piperidinylamine as raw materials,the GW-5050,with the intermediates being unnecessarily separated,was thus synthesized also called the N-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl)-4-piperidinyl)-maleimide/C20~24-α-olefin copolymer,the structure and molecular weight of which were then characterized by the IR,TG,EA and GPC methods.On this basis,the effects of many factors on the molecular weight and yield of GW-5050 were investigated through various tests,from which the optimum processing conditions for the synthesis of the hindered amine light stabilizer GW-5050 were obtained as follows:when the amount of initiator t-butyl peroxybenzoate is 3%of the total amount of monomer,the temperature 137℃,the reaction time 4 hours,the yield rate will be up to 98.7%.
