摘要 踝关节是参与人体走、跑、跳、蹲等各项活动的重要部位,在承担身体重量的同时也需要与地面接触。因踝关节的独特性,其在运动中极易产生损伤。这种损伤造成了学生身体和心理的双重伤害,并且降低了其参与体育运动的热情和主动性。本文采用文献综述法,对踝关节损伤进行了研究,运用了运动解剖,临床检查和康复练习的相关知识,进行了相关的总结,提出了相应的预防和康复方法和建议。 Ankle is an important part of human walking,running,jumping,squatting and other activities,which makes ground contact while undertaking body weight. Due to the uniqueness of ankle joint,it is easy to cause injury in sports. This injury could result in both physical and psychological injuries,and reduces their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in sports. This paper makes a study on the ankle joint injury by using the literature review method,uses the relevant knowledge of sports anatomy,clinical examination and rehabilitation exercises to carry out relevant summary, and puts forward corresponding prevention and rehabilitation methods and recommendations.
