摘要
电梯供给侧结构性改革就是矫正劳动、土地、资本以及创新(技术创新与制度创新)等要素配置,减少无效和低端供给,扩大有效和中高端供给,增强供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性,使供给体系更好适应需求结构变化。本文探讨电梯供给侧存在的本质问题及其相应改革路径,为切实提升我国电梯质量工作提供一定的参考价值。
The structural reform on the supply side of the elevator is to rectify the allocation of labor, capital, system and innovation, reduce inefficiencies and low-end supply, expand effective and medium-and high-end supply, and enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the supply structure to changes in demand, so that the supply system will be more adapted to the changes of demand structure. The essential problems that exist on the supply side and the corresponding reform path of elevator to provide certain reference value for the practical improvement of elevator quality in China are discussed.
