摘要
公交专用道建设,是保障公共交通路权,践行公共交通优先发展理念的重要措施。大力发展专用道带来的公交服务品质提升和社会资源的高效分配已初见成效。专用道运营效率评估是对已建专用道的总结回顾,同时也是后续规划的重要依据。适宜的专用道评估方法,有助于掌握专用道运营的优势和存在的不足,为提升专用道服务效率、优化专用道布局找到方向和抓手。论文研究提出一种基于大数据的公交专用道评估方法,以基于路段长度的加权平均法优化单项指标计算,进一步利用层次分析法实现专用道综合评价。并以上海市专用道为例,基于该市公交模型数据、公交运营GPS数据、网约车GPS数据,实践利用基于路段长度的加权平均指标和层次分析法的合理性。该方法实现了相对全面、综合的专用道效益评估,直观反映了专用道服务表现,为后续服务优化提供必要支撑。
The construction of bus lanes is an important measure to guarantee the right of public transport and to implement the concept of priority development of public transport.And the better service quality and efficient distribution of social resources have been seen.The evaluation of operation efficiency of bus lanes is a summary and review of constructing bus lanes and an important basis for subsequent planning.Appropriate evaluation method of bus lanes is helpful to know exactly about the advantages and shortcomings of the bus lanes,and also to find the direction and way to improve service efficiency and to optimize the layout of bus lanes.In this paper,a method of evaluation of bus lanes based on big data is proposed.The weighted average method based on link length is used to optimize the calculation of individual indicator,and the analytic hierarchy process method is used to comprehensively evaluate the bus lanes.Taking Shanghai bus lanes as an example,based on the bus model data of Shanghai,bus GPS data and car-hailing vehicle GPS data,to carry out the rationality of the method and to evaluate the benefit of bus lanes comprehensively.The method reflects the performance of the bus lane directly,as well as to provide necessary support.for the following optimization.
