摘要 通过特殊环境条件20 L爆炸特性测试系统,对单因素条件下环境温度、环境压力、环境湿度和点火能量的变化对甲烷爆炸极限浓度的影响进行实验。运用Origin软件处理实验数据,绘制回归曲线得出拟合函数,获得单因素环境因素变化对甲烷爆炸极限影响的统计关系。并对单因素影响结果进行对比分析得出其影响程度。 The effects of ambient temperature, ambient pressure, ambient humidity and ignition energy on the limit concentration of methane explosion were tested by the 20 L explosion characteristic test system with special environmental conditions. The Origin software is used to deal with the experimental data, and the regression curve is drawn to get the fitting function. The statistical relationship between the change of the single factor ambient factors and the impact of the methane explosive limit is obtained. The results of single factor analysis are compared and analyzed.
