摘要
以家具企业小径原木断料车间为研究对象,分层构建智能断料系统框架,对数据进行综合管理与优化分析,有针对性地开发智能断料系统,以实现断料生产的数据管理、科学决策和自动化断料的过程控制。并通过实例对断料问题的关键技术进行数学建模、模型求解和结果分析,结果表明:原材料利用率达到了90.3%。小径原木智能断料系统具有较强的实用性。
Taking the furniture enterprise small-diameter log breaking workshop as the research object, the intelligent breaking material production system framework was constructed, and the intelligent material cutting production system was developed in order to realize the data management, scientific decision-making and automatic material cutting process control of the material cutting production. Through the example, mathematical modeling, model solving and result analysis were carried out on the key technologies of the material breaking problem. The results showed that: the utilization rate of raw materials reached 90.3%.The small-diameter log intelligent material cutting production system has strong practicability.
