轿车前保险杠吸能块的改型设计

摘要 汽车外饰局部改型开发过程中,车辆保险杠造型变化会引起保险杠和内部吸能块不匹配的问题.为了解决此问题,使用CATIA软件对保险杠周边零部件进行断面分析,设计新结构,制作二维图纸.并在此基础上,对试制零件样品进行装车确认.该方法使包括吸能块在内的保险杠周边零件达到了所需结构要求,在投资较少的情况下完成了车辆局部改型,今后可应用于其他发泡材质的汽车内外饰零件设计. During the development of partial derivative of the exterior of a vehicle,the shape change of vehicle bumper will cause the problem of mismatching between bumper and energy absorber.In order to solve this problem,CATIA software is used to analyze the section of the parts around the bumper,design a new structure and make two-dimensional drawings.On this basis,the prototype parts are tested and validated.Through the method,the surrounding parts of the bumper,including the energy absorber,can meet the structure requirements,and complete the partial derivative of vehicle with a less investment.This method can be applied to the design of automobile interior and exterior parts made of other foaming materials.
