让博大精深的中华文化走向世界,促进中国的对外经济、文化交流与合作,树立良好的国家形象,努力建设社会主义文化强国。基于以往的政府主导的文化传播、孔子学院的文化传播、一些新闻媒体的文华传播以及民间活动的文化传播都存在一些不足之处,而来华留学生作为中华文化对外传播的桥梁具有无法比拟的优势,利用好来华留学生这一特殊群体,努力探寻更多更好的传播途径,加快推动中华文化对外传播,促进文化事业的发展具有重大的意义。
