摘要
随着装配式混凝土结构在我国的迅速推广,如何对灌浆套筒施工质量进行有效检测成为了工程人员面临的一大难题,目前看来,X射线技术是相对行之有效的解决方案,部分科研单位也进行了一定程度的研究,但尚未成熟应用于实际工程。基于前期的研究成果,文章介绍一次X射线技术在套筒灌浆连接施工质量检测中的应用实例,并通过该实例,对X射线技术的检测能力和检测效率进行了分析,验证了该技术的可靠性和高效性。
With the rapid popularization of assembled concrete structures in China, how to effectively detect the construction quality of grouting sleeve has become a major problem faced by engineers. At present, X-ray technology seems to be a relatively effective solution. Some scientific research units have also carried out a certain degree of research, but it is not yet mature to be applied to practical projects. Based on the previous research results, this paper introduces an application example of X-ray technology in quality inspection of sleeve grouting connection construction. Through this example, the detection ability and efficiency of X-ray technology are analyzed, and the reliability and efficiency of this technology are verified.
