摘要
简述了钢铁企业在使用废钢过程中产生的含锌粉尘量大的问题,列举了目前钢铁企业含锌粉尘典型处理工艺的流程及应用概况,对比分析了转底炉工艺、回转窑工艺和OxyCup竖炉工艺的特点,对未来钢铁企业含锌粉尘的处理提出了展望。
The problem that there was a large amount of zinc-bearing dust produced during using scrap steel in iron & steel enterprises was expounded. The typical treatment processes for zinc-bearing dust in iron & steel enterprises at present and their applications were enumerated. The characteristics of rotary hearth furnace process, rotary kiln process and OxyCup shaft furnace process were analyzed based on comparison. The treatment process for zinc-bearing dust in iron & steel enterprises in the future was prospected.
