摘要
除染料结构类型外,涤纶染色专用分散染料的染色性能在很大程度上还受制于染料的粒径及其分布、分散剂种类等因素。为进一步研究分散剂种类及其拼混比例对所加工染料粒径变化及其染色性能的影响,以蒽醌类结构的分散紫B原染料和不同类型的分散剂为研究对象,对不同种类分散剂与染料以一定比例配比的研磨实验,探讨分散剂类型对分散染料粒径及分布,高温分散稳定性及染色性能等方面的影响。结果表明,分散剂种类及用量对分散染料的粒径大小及其分布,高温分散稳定性以及染色性能影响显著;分散剂MF、分散剂NNO等的分散性能优于非离子型分散剂,如分散剂T-80,部分非离子与阴离子拼混型分散剂有利于提升分散染料高温分散稳定性。同时,减小分散染料的粒径及其提高分布均匀性都有助于其染色性能的改善。
In addition to the type of dye structure, the dyeing properties of disperse dyes for polyester dyeing are largely determined by factors such as the particle size of the dye,distribution and dispersion. In order to further study the effects of dispersant types and their blending ratio on the particle size change and dyeing properties of the dyes, the disperse violet B dyes and different types of dispersants were used. The grinding experiment of dispersant and dye in a certain proportion, the influence of dispersant type on the particle size and distribution of disperse dye, high temperature dispersion stability and dyeing performance were discussed. The results show that the type and amount of dispersants have significant effects on the particle size and distribution of disperse dyes, high temperature dispersion stability and dyeing performance. The dispersion properties of dispersant MF and dispersant NNO are better than nonionic dispersants such as dispersion. Agent T-80, part of non-ionic and anionic blending dispersant is beneficial to improve the high-temperature dispersion stability of disperse dyes. At the same time, the particle size of disperse dyes and the uniformity of distribution are all helpful to improve the dyeing performance.
