摘要
本文从工程经济性和社会经济性两个角度建立了岸基电能替代技术经济性分析模型,并利用复合轨道遗传算法对岸基电能替代技术的综合经济效益进行了多目标优化。基于分析模型和优化策略,制定了岸电系统售电价格。
This paper establishes an economic analysis model of shore-based electric energy substitution technology from two aspects of engineering economy and social economy. The multi-objective optimization of the comprehensive economic benefits of the shore-based power substitution technology is carried out by using the compound track genetic algorithm. Based on the analysis model and optimization strategy, the selling price of shore-based power system is formulated.
