摘要
使用X射线全谱衍射拟合法定量测试了不同存储温度和时间下脱硫石膏的脱水比例,并对比了不同形态石膏比例对水泥相关性能的影响.结果表明存储时间和温度都会影响脱硫石膏的脱水,在一定温度下存储时间长会引起水泥强度的降低,脱硫石膏中二水石膏相在50%~75%转变为半水石膏相时,将有助于水泥强度增长.
The dehydration ratio of desulfurized gypsum at different temperature and storage time were assessed by x-ray diffraction spectra fitting method,and the effect of different forms of gypsum ratio on cement-related properties was compared.The results showed that both storage time and temperature would affect the dehydration of desulfurized gypsum.Along storage time in a certain temperature would reduce the strength of cement.When the dihydrate gypsum phase in desulfurized gypsum was changed from 50%-75%to hemihydrate gypsum,the strength would be increased.
