摘要
为了考察间苯二酚毒性对普通小球藻生长特性的影响,以期为后续含酚废水低成本培养微藻提供理论依据,通过考察其生物量、超氧化物酶活性以及淀粉、多糖、蛋白质含量等指标,分析不同间苯二酚浓度条件下小球藻生长特性的差异。结果表明:间苯二酚在低浓度水平下(初始浓度W2 mg/L),对普通小球藻的生长有促进作用;而在高浓度水平下(初始浓度M5 mg/L),对普通小球藻细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,且浓度越高,抑制作用就越强,当间苯二酚初始浓度为50mg/L时,抑制率达到72. 24%。
The influence of resorcinol toxicity on the growth characteristics of common Chlorella vulgaris was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for the low-cost cultivation of microalgae feeding phenolic wastewater. The growth characteristics of Chlorella vulgaris in different groups were explored through analyzing niicroalgae biomass, superoxide enzyme activity, and starch, polysaccharide and protein content. The results showed that a low initial concentration of resorcinol ( W2 mg/L) promoted the growth of Chlorella vulgaris. However, a relative high concentration of resorcinol ( M5 mg/L) inhibited the growth of Chlorella vulgaris, and the inhibition extent was positively correlated with the resorcinol concentration. The maximum inhibitory effect with an inhibitory rate of 72. 24% was reached when the initial concentration of resorcinol was 50 mg/L.
