摘要
针对塔式太阳能热发电站定日镜研制了一种蜗轮蜗杆传动机构。建立了这一传动机构的模型,介绍了传动机构的材料和工作原理,并进行了性能特性试验。通过试验确认,所研制的塔式太阳能热发电站定日镜传动机构输出转矩稳定,输出转速恒定,精度等级高。
A worm gear transmission mechanism was developed for the heliostat in tower type solar thermal power plant.The model of the transmission mechanism was established, the material and working principle of the transmission mechanism were introduced, and the performance characteristics were tested.It is confirmed by experiments that the output torque of the developed heliostat transmission mechanism for tower type solar thermal power plant is stable, the output rotary speed is constant, and the accuracy level is high.
