摘要
针对标准量具尺寸与形状精度高、检测操作烦琐、检定结果可信度低等现状,提出了一种采用三坐标测量机进行标准环规高效检定的方法。选择3等标准环规作为检定对象,设计测量策略,优化计算方法,编制测量程序,并对检定过程进行不确定度分析与评价。这一标准环规高效检定方法已应用于实际工程生产中,效果良好。
Aiming at the current situation of high accuracy on size and shape of standard measuring instrument, cumbersome detection operation and low credibility of verification results, it was proposed to use three-coordinate measuring machine for high-efficiency calibration of standard ring gage.The 3rd grade standard ring gage was taken as the calibration object to design the measurement strategy, optimize the calculation approach, compile the measurement program and analyze & evaluate the uncertainty of the calibration process.This high-efficiency calibration approach for standard ring gage has been applied to actual engineering production with good results.
