摘要
针对Ⅲ4309工作面巷道间煤柱尺寸留设较小,工作面回采过程中矿压显现剧烈,为满足生产需求,需采取注浆加固手段以提高煤柱强度。对煤柱两侧的Ⅲ43093巷和Ⅲ43092巷分两次进行注浆加固,针对留顶煤沿底掘进巷道、留底煤沿顶掘进巷道及顶底过渡段三种类型,制定不同的注浆加固方案,同时对注浆孔布置方式、施工工艺及注浆参数进行了介绍。工业性试验结果表明,注浆加固可提高煤柱完整性及强度,实现工作面安全高效回采。
Aiming at the small size of coal pillar in the roadway of Ⅲ 4309 working face, the ore pressure appears violently in the mining process, in order to meet the demand of production, it is necessary to adopt grouting reinforcing method to improve the strength of coal pillar. Theⅲ43093 Lane and Ⅲ43092 Lane on both sides of coal pillar are reinforced by grouting two times. In view of three types of coal caving roadway, showings coal along the top roadway and top and bottom transition section, different grouting reinforcement schemes are developed, and the arrangement method, construction technology and grouting parameters of grouting hole are introduced. The results of industrial test show that the grouting reinforcement can improve the integrity and strength of coal pillar and realize safe and efficient mining.
