摘要
无边界组织理论,是基于网络技术,通过打破组织边界,进而提高组织资源整合力的管理方式。将无边界组织理论引入学校体育资源管理中,有助于解决学校体育资源管理目标失衡、学校体育资源投入稳定性差、各类学校体育信息不对称等问题。
The theory of boundaryless organization is a management mode, based on network technology, to improve the integration of organizational resources by breaking the organizational boundary. The application of the theory into the management of school sports resources can help solve the problem of imbalance of school sports resource management objectives, poor stability of school sports resources input and the asymmetry of sports information in schools.
