摘要 以宁波舟山港主通道(鱼山石化疏港公路)公路工程为依托,针对舟岱跨海大桥DSSG01标的海岛山区高架桥梁,提出了桥梁上下部结构全预制、墩梁一体化架设的拼装新理念,研发了一套用于墩梁一体化架设的新设备,形成了一种适合该类工程特点的施工工法。该工法可以最大限度减少桥下临时征地、保护宝贵的山林植被和良田、减小对周边自然环境和交通的不利影响,社会效益最大化。该施工方法可为同类桥梁提供参考。 Based on the highway project of the main channel of Zhoushan Port in Ningbo(Yushan Petrochemical Shugang Highway),a new concept for the prefabrication of the upper and lower bridge structure,and the integration of the pier and the beam were proposed for the high-rise bridge in the island area of the DSSG01 Bid Section.A new set of equipment for integrated erection of piers and beams was developed,key technology of construction method suitable was formed for the characteristics of such projects as well.The construction method can minimize temporary land acquisition under the bridge,protect valuable mountain forest vegetation and good fields,reduce adverse effects on the surrounding natural environment and traffic,and maximize social benefits.This construction method can provide a reference for similar bridges.
