摘要
目的:探究和分析帕罗西汀联合奥氮平在抑郁症并发睡眠障碍治疗当中的临床效果。方法:从2017年4月~2018年4月本院收治的符合相关纳入标准的所有患者当中收取80例抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者作为本次试验研究的观察和分析对象,采用数字随机法分成对照组(40例)和观察组(40例);采用传统帕罗西汀对对照组进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予奥氮平进行治疗,对比两组治疗前后的抑郁评分和睡眠质量。结果:治疗前,两组抑郁评分没有显著差异,P>0.05,治疗后,观察组抑郁评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组睡眠时间明显比对照组长,觉醒次数和睡眠潜伏期明显短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在帕罗西汀的基础上结合奥氮平进行抑郁症并发睡眠障碍治疗,能够明显有效减轻抑郁程度,显著改善和提高睡眠质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective:to explore and analyze the clinical treatment effect of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in depression complicated with sleep disorder. Methods:from April 2017 to April 2018 institutes comply with relevant standard of all patients treated in charge of the 80 patients with depression and sleep disturbance as the observation and analysis of the experimental study on the object,using the digital random method the 80 patients were divided into control group (40 cases)and observation group in the two groups (40 cases);40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional paroxetine,while 40 patients in the observation group were treated with olanzapine on the basis of the control group,and depression scores and sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:before treatment,there was no difference in the depression scores of the two groups,P>0.05. After treatment,the depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The sleep time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the number of awakenings and sleep latency were significantly shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:the treatment of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder on the basis of paroxetine combined with olanzapine can significantly reduce the degree of depression of patients,significantly improve and improve the quality of sleep of patients,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
