摘要
针对动叶轮叶片五轴侧铣过程中的根部过切问题,提出了基于设计扫掠驱动面的数控编程方法,并在此基础上形成了叶片铣削工艺方案,经过仿真计算和加工验证,该方法可行有效,对涡轮分子泵关键零部件的研制起到了良好的促进作用。
In order to avoid gauging problems found at the bottom-edge of vains during the milling process of impeller, a designed swept-surface method which approach the plane has been proposed to generate 5-axis tool path.A simulation study using Mathematica and Vericut was performed and it was verified by experimental study.A flank-milling scheme based on experiment results was proposed and it has certain significance for the machining of key parts for turbo-molecular pump.
