微乳法制备纳米N-TiO2及其光降解头孢氨苄性能 被引量:8

摘要 为了拓展材料制备的新途径,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,水合肼为氮源,采用十六烷基三甲溴化铵(CTAB)/乙酸乙酯/水/硝酸微乳液体系合成了氮掺杂二氧化钛(N-TiO2)纳米材料.运用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、EDS对材料进行了表征,同时研究了其对头孢氨苄的吸附及可见光催化性能.结果表明,制得的样品为锐钛矿相,球形纳米颗粒,其颗粒尺寸为200~500nm,晶体粒径约为10.2~15.1nm;氮的掺杂使TiO2晶体结构发生微小畸变,吸收带边发生红移;以适当N量掺杂能显著提高TiO2对头孢氨苄的吸附和光催化降解能力,当N掺杂量为1.0%的TiO2对头孢氨苄的去除率可达95.4%,比纯TiO2提高了52.9%. In order to develop new approaches to material preparation,nanosized nitrogen doped TiO2(N-TiO2) particles were synthesized by hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate in a CTAB/ethyl acetate/water/nitric acid reverse microemulsion using hydrazine hydrate as nitrogen source.The particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),ultraviolet visible light spectroscope(UV-Vis),and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).Their photocatalytic activity was evaluated by measuring the photodegradation of cephalexin under visible light irradiation.The results indicated that the prepared particles are mainly of the anatase crystal type with their particle sizes being about 200-500 nm,crystal size being about 10.2-15.1 nm;because of Nitrogen doping,there is slight distortion in the crstal structure of TiO2,and red-shift can be seen on absorption band;with proper Nitrogen doping,the adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of TiO2 can be significantly improved,when nitrogen doping is 1.0%,the removal rate of TiO2 can reach 95.4%,52.9% higher than that of pure TiO2.
