摘要
为了解决目前数控滚齿机蜗杆位置检测的方法非智能化、精度差的问题,设计了一套基于OPC与ARM的MTX数控滚齿机蜗杆位置检测系统,采用OPC定时通讯与ARM的ADC+TIM+DMA模式的双定时同步采集方式,基于时间戳对传感器与蜗杆轴坐标的采集数据进行匹配,通过中值滤波降噪后计算得到蜗杆特征位置对应的坐标值。经实验验证,该系统应用于MTX数控滚齿机上可实时获取蜗杆坐标值,并计算出蜗杆的特征位置,避免了坐标系转换的复杂计算,节约了大量时间成本。
In order to solve the problem of non-intelligent and poor precision of the locomotive position detection of CNC gear hobbing machine,this paper designs a set of MTX CNC gear hobbing machine worm position detection system based on OPC and ARM,adopting OPC timing communication and ADC+TIM+DMA mode of ARM.The dual-timing synchronous acquisition method matches the acquired data of the sensor and the worm axis coordinate based on the time stamp,and the coordinate value corresponding to the worm characteristic position can be obtained by the median filtering and noise reduction calculation.It is verified by experiments that the system can be used to obtain the worm coordinate value in real time on the MTX CNC gear hobbing machine,and can calculate the characteristic position of the worm,avoiding the complicated calculation of coordinate system conversion and saving a lot of time.
