摘要
目的比较二微米激光前列腺汽化剜除术与经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年5月我院收治的110例大体积良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术)与观察组(二微米激光前列腺汽化剜除术),每组各55例,比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果观察组患者术后住院时间、留置尿管时间及膀胱冲洗时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1 h的血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间、前列腺体积、残余尿量、最大尿流率及国际前列腺症状评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二微米激光前列腺汽化剜除术可有效改善大体积良性前列腺增生患者的预后,与经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术相似,值得推广使用。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of two-micron laser prostate vaporization enucleation and transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy in the treatment of large benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 110 patients with large benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group(transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy) and observation group(two-micron laser prostate vaporization enucleation) by the random number table method, with 55 cases in each group.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the postoperative hospital stay, indwelling catheter time and bladder irrigation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05). The hemoglobin level 1 h after surgery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the operation time, prostate volume, residual urine volume, maximum urinary flow rate and international prostate symptom scores in the observation group compared with those of the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The two-micron laser prostate vaporization enucleation can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with large benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is tantamount to transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy and is worthy of promotion.
