经鼻无创高频振荡通气和持续气道正压通气在早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征撤机后的效果比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较经鼻无创高频振荡通气(NHFOV)和持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)用于早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征撤机后的效果。方法71例呼吸窘迫综合征患儿,以双盲法分成甲组(36例)与乙组(35例)。甲组行NHFOV,乙组行NCPAP。比较两组无创呼吸时间、有创呼吸时间、总用氧时间,撤机成功情况、并发症发生情况。结果两组无创呼吸时间、有创呼吸时间、总用氧时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组撤机成功率为86.11%,高于乙组的62.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组并发症发生率为11.11%,与乙组的14.29%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对呼吸窘迫综合征患儿机械通气撤机后应用NHFOV、NCPAP两种通气模式均有一定效果,但NHFOV可行性更高,可提升撤机成功率,值得临床应用。
