摘要
目的:寻求个案管理护理模式对双相情感障碍出院患者产生的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月因双相情感障碍在本院接受治疗的患者,共110例。将患者按照入院次序的单双号进行平均分组,入院次序为双号的55例患者作为观察组,实施个案管理护理模式,入院次序为单号的55例患者作为对照组,实施常规护理措施,对比两种护理措施对出院患者产生的影响。结果:护理后,观察组生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,且社交、能力、治疗病耻感评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于双相情感障碍患者采用个案管理护理模式,在降低病耻感的同时,有助于提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of case management nursing mode on discharged patients with bipolar affective disorder.Method:A total of 110 patients who were treated in our hospital for bipolar affective disorder from June 2017 to June 2018.The patients were evenly grouped according to the order of admission.55 patients who were admitted in double order were chosen as the observation group to implement the case management nursing mode.55 patients who were admitted in single order were chosen as the control group to give routine nursing measures.The effects of two nursing measures on discharged patients were compared.Result:After nursing,the quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group,and the social,ability and treatment stigma scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case management nursing mode for patients with bipolar affective disorder can improve the patient’s quality of life while reducing the patient’s stigma.
