摘要
某石化公司220 kt/a C5/C6异构化装置异构化反应器出现推流式失活(Plug Flow Deactivation)现象。分析原料组成、杂质、系统水含量、操作参数等数据,发现进料中的C+7组分质量分数约为3.14%,超出专利商要求(不大于2%),χ系数(甲基环戊烷、环己烷、苯、C+7组分质量分数之和)为17%,超出专利商建议的7%。循环氢系统在线水分析仪失准,导致循环氢干燥器再生不及时,也加剧了催化剂失活。确定原因后,对轻石脑油原料的上游装置进行调整,降低反应进料的χ系数,同时增加循环氢干燥器的再生频次,延缓后置反应器催化剂的进一步失活。
The phenomenon of plug flow deactivation appeares in the isomerization reactor of 220,000 TPY C5/C6 isomerization unit of a petrochemical company. Through the analysis of feedstock composition, impurities, water content of the system and operation parameters,it is found that the mass ratio ofC7 ^+ component in the feed is about 3.14%, which exceeds 2% of the requirements of the patentee, and the χ-Factor(the sum of mass ratio of methyl cyclopentane, cyclohexane, benzene and C7 ^+ component) is 17%, which exceeds 7% of the patentee’s recommendation.The inaccuracy of the online moisture analyzer in the circulating hydrogen system results in the untimely regeneration of the circulating hydrogen dryer and the deactivation of the catalyst. After determining the cause, the upstream device of light naphtha feed is adjusted to reduce the χ-Factor of reaction feed, and the regeneration frequency of circulating hydrogen dryer is increased to delay the further deactivation of catalyst in the rear reactor.
