摘要
Fluent软件是以流体力学为基础,用于研究过程流场的计算软件,目前在过程模拟领域中有较广泛的运用。旨对Fluent软件在常见化工设备中的模拟研究进展进行综述。Fluent软件在混合器的研究中,主要是模拟研究叶片、混合头等内部构件改变对流体流动过程的影响,由此开发出了一些混合效果良好的混合器;在换热器的研究中,主要对换热通道结构改变时的流场进行模拟,以分析优选出强化流体流动和传热特性的有效措施;在反应器的研究中,主要模拟反应器结构、器型及操作参数改变对反应器特性的影响,从而优化反应器;在结晶器的研究中,主要模拟不同结晶生长参数对结晶器流场、温度场和压力场的影响,为结晶器的优化提供了依据。在这些设备的研究中,应用Fluent软件不仅可加速过程的优化进程,而且能直观地分析过程的流体力学规律,因而在化工领域Fluent软件将会获得越来越多的应用。
Fluent software is a type of computational software, which is built on fluid mechanics and used for flow field study, and now it is widely applied in the field of process simulation. This paper aims to ex-plore the simulation of Fluent software in common chemical equipment. Specifically, in the research on mixer, it is mainly focused on simulating and investigating the influence of internal component changes (i.e. blades and mixing heads) on the process of fluid flow, with the aim to develop the mixer that has good mixing effects. In the research on heat exchanger, it is focused more on simulating and analyzing the flow field within the structural changes of heat transfer channels, in order to find out the effective solu-tions to enhance the fluid flow and heat transfer. In the research on reactor, it is focused on simulating and analyzing the influence of reactor structure, type and operating parameter change on the reactor char-acteristics, so as to fulfill the optimization of reactors. In the research on crystallizer, the effects of differ-ent crystal growth parameters on the flow field, temperature field and pressure field of the crystallizer are mainly simulated, which provides a basis for the optimization of the crystallizer. In all the researches on equipment mentioned above, Fluent software can be applied to accelerate the process optimization and to analyze the hydrodynamics rule of the process intuitively. As a result, Fluent software will be applied more and more in the chemical industry field in the future.
