摘要
设计并实现了一种智能变电站虚拟二次回路在线监测系统.采用3层2网的架构体系,以网络通信方式替代二次回路电缆,应用4个模块实现可视化.采用IEC61850中快速报文传输机制,用网络通信替代硬接线通信方式.提取SCD文件的配置信息,形成比对文件,SCD的文件比对经3个层次的逐次比对完成.此系统有利于检修人员及时发现智能变电站内SCD文件、二次设备、光纤回路等存在的隐患,能提高工作效率。
An online monitoring system via virtual secondary loop of intelligent substations was designed and constructed. The system structure of a three-layer and two-network was introduced,in which the network communication was replaced by the secondary loop cable to realize the visualization with four modules. Based on the fast message transmission mechanism of IEC 61850,the way of the hard-wired communication was replaced by network communication. The SCD files with configuration information were extracted,and the comparison files were formed. Then SCD files comparison was done through three levels of sequential comparison. This system had the ability of assisting the operation and maintenance personnel to discover the threat of SCD files,secondary equipment and fiber loop and so on. It could greatly improve the work efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel.
