摘要
条纹单胞锈菌(Uromyces striatus)是引起苜蓿锈病的病原菌。为了明确苜蓿锈病越冬夏孢子的萌发生理条件,试验以苜蓿病株刮取的锈病越冬夏孢子为材料,研究了不同浮载剂、温度、光照和pH 值对苜蓿锈病越冬夏孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:苜蓿锈病越冬夏孢子萌发的最适浮载剂是苜蓿叶片浸出液,萌发率为2.19%;夏孢子在5~25 ℃均可萌发,最容易萌发温度为15 ℃,萌发率可达7.69%;光照抑制夏孢子萌发;偏酸性环境可促进夏孢子萌发,最适pH 值为6。
Uromyces striatus was a pathogen causing Alfalfa rust. In order to clarify the conditions of the overwintering uredospores germination of alfalfa rust,the overwintering uredospores scraped from the sick plants of alfalfa were used as materials,and the effects of different carrier fluid,temperature,light and pH value on overwintering uredospores germination of alfalfa rust were studied. The results showed that the most suitable carrier fluid for overwintering uredospores germination of alfalfa rust was the leaching solution of alfalfa leaves,the germination rate was 2.19%;the uredospores could germinate at 5 ~25℃,and the most easily germinated temperature was 15℃,the germination rate was 7.69%.Light had obvious effects on germination of uredospores;overwinter uredospores of alfalfa rust was easy to germinate in the acidic environment and suitable pH value was 6.
