遥感与GIS技术在基本农田保护中的应用——以天津市滨海新区杨家泊镇为例 被引量:3

摘要 基本农田保护事关国计民生,本文以天津市滨海新区杨家泊镇为例,简述了遥感与GIS技术结合在基本农田保护中的应用,在现有遥感数据、地面实测数据及基础资料的基础上,结合杨家泊镇土地利用总体规划和二调现状地类数据,通过建立杨家泊镇基本农田数据库详细分析了镇域内基本农田现状,结果表明:杨家泊镇域内基本农田所占比重较大,总面积为1168hm2;被划定为基本农田的图斑现状地类为水浇地、水田和果园,以水浇地为主;13个行政村基本农田面积大小不一,杨家泊村基本农田面积最大,其次为高庄村,辛庄村基本农田面积最小;各村基本农田所占比重中,杨家泊村基本农田比重最大,且集中连片分布在村域滨唐路北侧,李自沽村基本农田比重最小,零星分布在村北养牛场附近。多措并举实现了对基本农田实时、科学、高效的管理,为基层政府部门决策提供数据支撑和科学依据。 Basic farmland protection concerns the national economy and people's livelihood.Taking Yangjiabo Town in Binhai New Area as an example,this paper briefly described the application of remote sensing and GIS technology in basic farmland protection.On the basis of existing remote sensing data,ground measured data and basic data,combined with the overall land use planning of yangjiapo town and the land type data of the second adjustment,through the establishment of basic farmland database,the present situation of basic farmland in Yangjiabo town was analyzed in detail.The results showed that the basic farmland in Yangjiabo town occupied a large proportion,with a total area of 1 168 hm2.The present land types of map spots designated as basic farmland were irrigated land,irrigated land and orchard,mainly irrigated land.The 13 administrative villages varied in size in terms of basic farmland,and the basic farmland area of Yangjiabo village was the largest,followed by Gaozhuang village,and Xinzhuang village was the smallest.The proportion of basic farmland in each village was the largest in Yangjiabo village,and the concentrated contiguous distribution in the yangjiabo village bintang road north side.The proportion of basic farmland in lizigu village was the smallest,scattered in the village near the north cattle farm.Many measures were taken simultaneously to realize real-time,scientific and efficient management of basic farmland,and to provide data support and scientific basis for decision-making of grass-roots government departments.
