摘要
采用热重(TGA)、变温X射线衍射分析(XRD)对高铼酸铵进行表征,并用X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征高铼酸铵焙烧实验的产物,发现焙烧温度和气氛对产物有较大的影响。在空气中当热处理温度超过400℃时,高铼酸铵基本完全分解,直至约500℃所有小分子挥发完全;在惰性气体中不同温度下高铼酸铵热分解可以生成ReO4、Re2O7、ReO3、ReO2和Re等产物。银催化剂中高价铼氧化物能够大大提高催化剂的选择性,当温度低于330℃、氧压超过1013.25Pa时,可以在催化剂表面获得高价铼氧化物。
Ammonium perrhenate was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),variable temperature X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Ammonium perrhenate was calcinated under different experiment conditions and the products of heat treatment were analyzed using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF)and XPS.It can be found that temperature and atmosphere have great influences on the roasted products.Ammonium perrhenate totally decomposes when temperature exceeds 400℃in air,and the products evaporate at about 500℃.Ammonium perrhenate could decompose to ReO4,Re2O7,ReO3,ReO2 and Re under inert atmosphere.High-priced rhenium oxides on the surface of silver catalyst can greatly improve the selectivity of catalyst,and it can be obtained when the temperature is lower than 330℃and the oxygen pressure above 1 013.25 Pa.
