摘要
推进生态功能区绿色发展,评价生态功能区的绿色发展绩效,需要考虑不同的生态系统的差异化功能定位,构建具有差异化的绿色绩效评价指标体系。不同地区生态功能区在生态调节、产品提供、人居保障等服务功能的重要性上具有差异,同时,对于生态调节、产品提供、人居保障同类型服务功能,其在不同地区生态功能区的重要性也具有差异。据此构建生态系统服务功能的差异化评价指标体系以期对生态功能区绿色绩效进行科学判定和评价,更好地引导和推进生态系统服务功能建设。
In order topromotethe green development of ecological functional area and to evaluate the green development performance of ecological functional areas,it is necessary to consider the different functional positioning of different ecosystems for constructing a differentiated green performance evaluation index system.The importance of service functions such as ecological regulation,product supply,and human settlement protection is different.At the same time,the importance of ecological adjustment,product supply,and human settlement protection for different types of service functions in different regions is also different.Based on the different service functions requirementsof the ecological function area,to construct a differential evaluation index system can scientifically judge and evaluate the green performance of the ecological function area,and better guide and promote the construction of the ecosystem service function.
