摘要
介绍了混凝土碱骨料反应的反应特征和分类,结合国内外碱骨料的研究发展情况从骨料特性、碱的来源、Ca(OH)2作用等三个方面系统阐述碱骨料反应机理。掺入辅助胶凝材料(SCMs)是目前预防和抑制碱骨料反应最经济有效的方式,从SCMs对碱的物理稀释效应、滞留效应、与Ca(OH)2的火山灰效应、以及改变反应产物的化学组成和微观界面效应等几个方面揭示其抑制机理。在对研究现状总结分析的基础上提出碱骨料反应有待进一步解决的问题并给出了相关建议。
The reaction characteristics and classification of concrete alkali aggregate reaction are introduced. Combined with the research and development of alkali aggregate, the mechanism of alkali-aggregate reaction is systematically described from three aspects: aggregate characteristics, alkali source and Ca(OH) 2 action. The incorporation of supplementary cementious materials(SCMs) is the most cost-effective way to prevent and inhibit alkali-aggregate reactions. The physical dilution effect, retention effect of SCMs on alkalis, the inhibition mechanism is revealed by several aspects such as the physical dilution effect, retention effect of mineral admixture on alkali, the pozzolanic effect of Ca(OH) 2, the chemical composition of the reaction product and the micro-interface effect. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research status, the problems of alkali aggregate reaction to be further solved are put forward and relevant suggestions are given.
