微信平台PBL+CBL教学法在肝胆外科教学中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨基于微信平台的PBL+CBL教学法在肝胆外科临床教学中的效果。方法选取60名在医院肝胆外科实习的临床专业本科学生,分为实验组和对照组,每组30人,分别采用基于微信平台的PBL+CBL教学模式和传统教学模式(LBL),通过出科考试和满意度评估来评价教学效果。结果实验组基础知识和病例分析平均成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组实践操作平均成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组对教学模式的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的PBL+CBL教学法在肝胆外科临床教学中效果显著,提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,有助于临床思维培养。 Objective To explore the effect of PBL+CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Sixty undergraduate students in hepatobiliary surgery clinical practice in the hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group has 30 students. The two groups were respectively given PBL+CBL teaching mode based on WeChat platform and the traditional teaching mode (LBL). After-department examination and satisfaction assessments are used to evaluate teaching outcomes. Results The average scores of the basic knowledge and case analysis of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the practical operation average performance between the two groups (P > 0.05). The satisfaction score of the experimental group on the teaching model was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The PBL+CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform has a significant effect in the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. It is helpful to improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning, which is helpful for clinical thinking training.
