摘要
目的总结并归纳健康教育在功能性消化不良患者护理中的应用效果。方法文章挑选医院60例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和健康组,每组30例患者,分组方式选择计算机表法。对照组接受常规护理,健康组在对照组基础上结合健康教育模式,经过1个月的护理之后,观察两组患者的心理和生理状况,比较两组患者焦虑状况。结果护理后,结合健康教育模式的健康组在焦虑评分和抑郁评分方面,均远低于对照组,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,差异有统计学意义。结论在功能性消化不良患者的护理中,健康教育可显著改善患者的不良情绪,缓解其焦虑、抑郁状况。
Objective To summarize the application effect of health education in the nursing of patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods 60 patients with functional dyspepsia in the hospital were selected as the research object, and divided into the control group and the health group. Each group had 30 patients. The grouping method was computer table method. The control group was received routine nursing, and the health group was given health education mode on the basis of the control group.After one month of nursing, the psychological and physiological status of the two groups were observed, and the anxiety status was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety score and depression score of the health group combined with the health education mode were far lower than those of the control group. the data between the groups showed the outcome of P < 0.05 through statistical software test, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the nursing of patients with functional dyspepsia, health education can significantly improve the patients' bad mood and relieve their anxiety and depression.
