摘要
通过设置2种情况(是否添加附加水)、5种机制砂掺率(0%、20%、50%、70%、100%),探索机制砂掺率对塑性混凝土力学性能和拌合物工作性能的影响.结果表明:在不添加附加水的条件下,机制砂掺率仅对塑性混凝土拌合物的工作性能产生影响,对其力学性能及应力应变曲线影响较小;在添加附加水的情况下,根据机制砂的泥粉含量可确定达到普通塑性混凝土相同塌落度的附加水用量,且加入附加水明显影响塑性混凝土的力学性能,其弹性模量及峰值应力均有不同程度的下降,而应力应变曲线则随机制砂掺率不同在加卸载段均有不同的变化.
By setting up two cases (adding additional water or not) and five kinds of ratios of added machine-made sand (0%, 20%, 50%, 70% and 100%), we explored the influence of the rate of added machine-made sand to the mechanical properties of concrete and the work a-bility of the mixture. The results show that under the condition of no additional water, the ratio of added machine-made sand only affects the performance of the plastic concrete mixture and has little influence to the mechanical properties and stress-strain curves. Under the condition of adding additional water, the amount of additional water to be the same collapsed slump of ordinary plastic concrete can be determined by the clay content of machine-made sand. And the additional water significantly affects the mechanical properties of plastic concrete, the elastic modulus and peak stress are significantly decreased and the stress-strain relationship can be changed by the different ratios of added machine-made sand during the loading and unloading period.
