摘要
高校教师科研业绩考评的价值取向主要体现为工具理性与价值理性两大方面。理论思辨的结果表明,工具理性与价值理性可以形成优势互补关系,在科研业绩考评过程中应促进两者的有效融合。因此,为更好地推进高校教师科研业绩考评,同时从现实反思,高校的科研业绩考评应重新权衡“量化”与“量化技术应用”之利与弊,深入探究考评目标的“异化”及“反异化”问题,同时从根本目的出发寻求最具成效的考评路径与手段。
University teachers’value orientation in research achievements evaluation mainly contains the two aspects of tool rationality and value rationality.The result of theoretical speculation indicates that the two of them can form a relationship of complementarity. In the process of research achievements evaluation, the two should be effectively blended.Thusin order to better push ahead university teachers’scientificresearch achievements evaluation,and to reflect from the reality,scientific research achievement evaluation of university should reconsider both the advantages and disadvantages of quantification and application of quantification techniques;ponder deeply the problems of evaluation targets’“alienation”and“anti-alienation”;and at the same time, search for the most effective evaluation channels and methods based on the fundamental purpose.
