摘要 汽车室内照明系统中通过LIN总线通信节点替代复杂的线束,能够实现简单、精准的照明调控。设计通过1个主节点以及2个从节点进行控制的汽车室内照明智能调控系统,系统通过光照度采集模块,利用光敏电阻采集汽车室内当前光照度;根据当前光照度信号,利用以MC56HC908GZ60芯片为核心的LIN模块,实现汽车室内照明灯控制命令的响应、传输和调控,控制命令信号通过LIN总线传输到前、后控制器中,两种控制器采用光照度恒定控制算法,实现汽车室内光照度的恒定调控。实验结果表明,该系统输出电压和电流能够保持相对稳定,在满足汽车室内照明系统需求的同时,将亮度误差控制在1%以下,实现汽车室内照明灯的精确控制。 The LIN bus communication node is used to replace the complex wiring harness in the automobile indoor light ing system,w hich can achieve simple and accurate lighting control. An intelligent control system of automobile indoor lighting is designed,w hich is controlled by one master node and two slave nodes. The current illumination of automobile indoor is collected by photoresistor and illumination acquisition module. According to the current illumination signal,the LIN module with MC56HC908GZ60 chip as the core is used to realize the response,transmission and control of the control command of automo bile indoor lighting and to control the command signals which are transmitted to front and rear controllers through LIN bus. The two controllers adopt constant illumination control algorithm to achieve constant illumination control in automobile indoor. The ex perimental results show that the output voltage and current of the system can keep relative stability,and the brightness error can be controlled below 1% while meeting the requirements of the automobile indoor lighting system,so as to realize the accurate control of the automobile indoor lighting.
