摘要
针对同井注采系统井下封隔锚定失效检测困难且时效性差,造成生产及能源浪费的问题,研究了一种井下油管封隔锚定松脱预警方法,并开发了相应的同井注采系统封隔失效检测装置。通过检测井口套管应变以及受力状况,推导油管受力情况,从而分析判断井下封隔锚定装置的工作状态。基于WIN CE嵌入式操作系统开发了便携式油管封隔锚定失效预警检测仪器,以12 V蓄电池作为能源,在井口套管贴应变片组成惠斯通电桥,以此测量井口套管应变,利用油管封隔锚定失效预警检测仪器采集并记录井口套管应变数据,通过对比井口套管应变历史数据,即可判定井下油管锚定工作状况。在对30口同井注采井的长期监测中,发现4口井的坐封载荷远低于坐封时加载的载荷,判定这4口井属于封隔锚定失效井,这与实际情况相符。现场测试结果表明该仪器可以及时预警井下封隔锚定装置松脱故障,有效指导生产,提高经济效益。
In view of the difficulty and the poor timeliness of the downhole sealing and anchoring failure detection of the injection-production system,which result in production problem and energy waste,a method for early warning of release of sealing and anchoring of tubing is studied.The corresponding working condition detection device for downhole sealing and anchoring system is developed.By detecting the casing strain and the force condition of the wellhead to derive the force condition of the tubing,the working state of the downhole sealing and anchoring device could be analyzed and judged.Based on the embedded operating system of WIN CE,the portable tubing sealing and anchoring early warning detection instrument is developed.The 12 V battery is used as the electric energy source.The strain gauge on the wellhead casing is used to form the Wheatstone bridge to measure the casing strain.The developed instrument collects and records the well casing strain data,and then compares with the casing strain history data to identify the downhole tubing anchoring state.In the long-term monitoring of 30 injection-production wells,the loads of the four wells were found much lower than the initial loads when the seal was installed,indicating sealing and anchoring failure,which was then proved.The field test results show that the instrument can timely warn the failure of the downhole sealing and anchoring device,effectively guide production and improve economic benefits.
