双金属镍基825复合板焊接技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了保证双金属镍基825复合板纵向焊缝的抗晶间腐蚀性能及强度,提高焊接效率,采用带极电渣堆焊方法,选定焊接材料,在不同的焊接工艺条件下,对复合板进行了焊接试验,并对焊接接头的力学性能和组织进行了分析。结果表明,焊接接头质量较好,焊缝成形优良,焊接接头的各项性能满足要求,其中采用TIG焊过渡形式提高了覆层金属抗晶间腐蚀性能,采用带极电渣堆焊方法未对基层材料性能造成不良影响。 In order to solve the welding problem of longitudinal weld of bimetallic nickel base 825 composite plate and improve welding efficiency,using electroslag surfacing with electrode,welding tests of composite plates were carried out under different welding conditions,and the mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joints were analyzed.The results showed that the quality of the welded joint was good,the weld formed well,and the properties of the welded joint met the requirements.Using tig welding could improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of the coating metal,and using electroslag surfacing with electrode had no adverse effect on the properties of base materials.
